  • School-based International Clubs for K-5 Classrooms

    • Annual program that engages school volunteers to deliver 12 workshops focused on global competency.
    • Program includes quarterly access to pen pals and virtual classroom exchange, annual service learning project, and an end of year event to feature student work.
    • Site coordinators are assigned to each school and manage volunteer scheduling and training.
    • Training packets include a world map, classroom poster, international club buttons for students, volunteer sign up sheets, send home letter for parents/guardians, lesson plans, activity sheets, and teacher resources.
    • Pilot program at Selby Lane School 2015-16.
  • Community-based Workshops for Kids Ages 5-10

    • Workshops for kids on a variety of global topics that involve learning through story-telling, art, music, technology, and outdoor play.
    • Currently in development.
  • Teacher and Volunteer Training

    • Half day workshops for teachers, parents and community volunteers on how to integrate global learning into the classroom and at home.
    • Currently in development.
